1. Why buy a WATCH-ET™ wristwatch protector?

2. Is the WATCH-ET™ waterproof?
The WATCH-ET™ is not waterproof. Please check with your wristwatch manufacture instructions before purchasing a WATCH-ET™.
3. Are there any other watch protectors on the market besides the
WATCH-ET™ ?
Yes, there are several watch protectors on the market ,and we ask that you check them out. We believe that our WATCH-ET™ wristwatch protector is the best on the market for price, look, function, and material durability.
4. Why is the Velcror so wide on the band?
The WATCH-ET™ was designed to be a "Wristwatch Protector." The wide Velcror enables the band to stay secure without coming off. If the Velcro was narrower there would a greater chance of losing the band and your wristwatch.
5. What made you guys want to add a pocket to the WATCH-ET™ ?
The design of the WATCH-ET™ enabled us to have a pocket to keep small items in while being active.
6. Can the WATCH-ET™ be washed in the washing machine, and how do you get the lint out of the Velcror?
• We recommend hand washing in cool water and use body wash soap. Do not use bleach, or other harsh chemicals to clean the WATCH-ET™.
• Let the WATCH-ET™ air dry, it usually takes about an hour to dry.
• Getting the lint out is simple. If you have a comb simply move the comb up and down on the Velcror, until the lint is pulled out.
7. Can I buy the WATCH-ET™ at retail stores?
The WATCH-ET™ is not currently sold in stores all orders are placed here at www.watch-et.com
8. Do have any new models coming out and what about different colors?
• We have designed a new patented WATCH-ET™ that will be coming out in the near future.
• Colors are important to the consumer. We need your feedback on colors that you would like to see.

9. Why is shipping so expensive with UPS and FED-EX?
• WATCH-ET.COM utilizes three shipping methods USPS, UPS, and FED-EX. Each of these three carriers charge what they want on shipping.
• WATCH-ET.COM adds on a very small charge for packaging material and handling.
• USPS is a lot cheaper than the other two carriers the draw back with shipping with USPS overseas is they can't provide a shipping confirmation number on tracking your package.
• UPS and FED-EX provide confirmation tracking numbers.
10. What does the word WATCH-ET™ mean ,and why the surfer and skydiver logo?
• Coming up with a name for a product is always challenging. We chose the name
WATCH-ET™ for the meaning and for the analogy. The "WATCH" meaning wristwatch and "ET" meaning pocket. Therefore combing the two phrases bring us to the term: "Neoprene protection for the wristwatch and other wrist held devices T."
• Our logo on the pocket is the skydiver, globe and surfer. Why? The designer of the WATCH-ET™ use to be an avid skydiver and still surfs when not working. The globe means places that ADVENTURERS like yourself and us have yet to be discovered and explored.
11. I paid for Two-Day shipping, with UPS and Fed-Ex where's my product?
Certain products that we sell come directly from the manufacturer and sometimes can take longer than expected. If this does happen, we will credit your credit card the cost of the two day air. We will only charge $4.50 standard mail. This also applies to Fed-Ex and UPS Ground orders taking longer than two weeks.
